Q.PEAK DUO BLK ML-G11+ Series
The Q.PEAK DUO BLK ML-G11+ is Q Cells' flagship residential solar panel, representing the culmination of their Q.ANTUM technology platform. This all-black panel delivers up to 420 watts of power with 21.4% module efficiency, making it one of the highest-performing PERC panels available today. The "DUO" designation refers to the half-cut cell architecture, where each cell is precisely laser-cut in half and arranged in a split-string configuration.
This half-cut cell design provides two important benefits. First, it reduces resistive (I-squared-R) losses by halving the current flowing through each cell string, directly improving efficiency. Second, it dramatically improves shade tolerance. When part of the panel is shaded, only the affected cell string reduces output while the unshaded strings continue producing at full capacity. Combined with six bypass diodes (compared to the typical three in conventional panels), the Q.PEAK DUO maintains strong output even in challenging shade conditions.
